Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds will only be granted if canceling from an event prior to 30 days before the event. A credit for participation in a future Intermountain Hoops event will be given for players who notify the director at least 14 days prior to the start of the event. No credit/refund will be given to players that cancel 14 days before the event begins.

30 days before the event = Refund

29-14 days before the event = Intermountain Hoops Credit

14 days before the event = No Refund/Credit

If an athlete is injured at an Event, they will receive a pro-rated credit for a future Intermountain Hoops Event.

A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.

All Intermountain Hoops Events are subject to cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. In the case that we have to cancel, we will notify all registrants as soon as possible and refund the registration fees. All hotel reservations, travel, or other cost, are the sole responsibility of the registrants. Intermountain Hoops will not be held liable for any of those costs incurred in the event of a cancellation.
